What FFMI and nFFMI Mean
FFMI (Fat-Free Mass Index) is fat-free mass divided by height squared. It makes lean-mass entries easier to compare than raw kilograms alone.[1]
Normalized FFMI applies a height correction using a standard reference height (1.8 m). This helps reduce height-related bias when comparing logs.[2]
